Glimmer Mist, a Tattered Angels original product, is a quick and easy spray that delivers just a touch of glimmer in a fine mist to make all of your projects shine. Glimmer Mist puts an end to messy, clumpy, and time consuming conventional glitters with over 80 colors to choose from so finding the right one for your project is easy. Glimmer Mist was made by a scrapbooker with the scrapbooker in mind and is water-based, archival safe, acid-free, and non-toxic. Glimmer Mist is safe for and adheres to all types of materials including paper, acrylic, metal, and fabric. Note: due to variations in the manufacturing processes of the raw materials used in the production of Glimmer Mist color lots may vary slightly.

TURNAROUND TIME:
Please allow 7 - 10 business days for turnaround time from receipt of order. There will be a "Rush Fee" of $25.00 applied to any order requested to be shipped sooner than our standard 7 - 10 business day turnaround time.

PHONE ORDERS:
Tattered Angels will not be responsible for any miscommunication or discrepancy with orders taken over the phone. We will be happy you provide order forms via fax or e-mail.

E-MAILED / WRITTEN / FAXED ORDERS:
We generally prefer orders in one of these formats to aid in proper fulfillment. Orders will be fulfilled based on the information provided. Orders that are marked incorrectly by the customer or representative will not be eligible for refund or return. We request that you thoroughly review your order prior to submission for verification purposes.

PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not offer terms. Credit cards that are declined will be tried twice and then the store will be notified. An alternative payment option must be provided within 30 days or the order will be cancelled. If the order is cancelled for this reason it will also void any specials or promotions. Orders that do not have payment information or are marked "call for credit card info" will be processed after complete orders. This will delay the turnaround time. "DAMAGES OR DISCREPANCIES: Tattered Angels requires that all damages or discrepancies be reported within three (3) business days of receipt of order to correct any issue with damages, discrepancies or any other reason."

SHIPPING:
FEDEX is our preferred shipping company. We will accommodate customers with their own shipping accounts. We charge a 2.5% fee for customers with their own accounts. This fee is to cover the cost of shipping materials. International accounts are allowed to request the use of a freight forwarder. Additional fees may apply.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Orders without the use of a freight forwarder are generally shipped FEDEX. Upon request we will ship USPS for International customers.

BACKORDERS:
All backorders under $25.00 will be cancelled, with the exception of CHA orders. Please cancel any items that fit in this category and add them to your next order. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding estimated time of delivery on backordered items.

GENERAL NOTES:
Please note that due to the variance in raw materials used in manufacturing Glimmer Mist, Chalkboard, Glam and Glimmer Glaze there may be slight variances from one batch of color to another. Our other product lines are meant to have a "tattered" look.
