You can download a free program by going to www.opensourcemac.org and downloading Cyberduck, One Button FTP, or FUGU. Thanks!
Step 1:
In Internet Explorer
type in ftp://www.mytatteredangels.com/
Step 2:
On the right hand side of the page there is a PAGE tab. Click on that and hit OPEN FTP IN WINDOWS EXPLORER
Step 3:
Another pop up box will appear. Sometimes it will automatically ask for a username and password. If it does not as for a username and password then you need to RIGHT CLICK in the white space and click LOGIN AS.
Step 4:
Place in the USERNAME and PASSWORD that Tattered Angels gives you in order to grab your files.
Step 5:
Here you will find all of the images from Tattered Angels to copy and paste to your computer. Contact us with any questions.
